機床的主要特點 Main Characteristics
? 機床的進給及修整，由二個互不干涉的傳動機構(gòu)執(zhí)行，進給可采用手動或液動二種進給方式。
? 機床設(shè)有跳進、跳出機構(gòu)，因此退出砂輪進行測量或修整后不必重新手動對刀。
? 工作臺啟動有液壓開關(guān)閥，確保裝卸和測量工件時的安全性。
? 機床在特殊訂貨，可配高速砂輪軸為18000轉(zhuǎn)/分，以適宜20-50mm孔的磨削。
? MD2120A在床頭箱頂部設(shè)有端磨裝置，并且端磨回轉(zhuǎn)與工作臺縱向運動有可靠的液壓連鎖。
? The feed and dressing movement are controlled by two independent systems. Manual and hydraulic feed movement can be used.
? The machine is equipped with a jumping device, therefore,it is unnecessary to reset the machine after measuring or dressing.
? The table is equipped with a hydraulic switch valve to ensure safely during loading and unloading and unloading workpieces.
? The machine is provided with a grinding spindle of 18000rmin which is capable of grinding bore diameter ranging bore diameter ranging from 20 to 50mm
? An endface grinding device is provided on the top of the workhead.The is a hydraulic interlock system between the swivel of the endface grinding device and the longitudinal movement of the worktable.
