 機(jī)床的主要特點(diǎn) Main Characteristics ? 機(jī)床床身采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄件澆鑄，剛性好，結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)，變形小; 機(jī)床采用床頭箱固定在進(jìn)給滑板上工件進(jìn)給，車刀及砂輪作往復(fù)結(jié)構(gòu)布局，車刀置砂輪前面; ? 工件進(jìn)給滑板及砂輪工作臺(tái)滑板采用高剛度十字交叉滾珠導(dǎo)軌; ? 工件進(jìn)給由伺服電機(jī)經(jīng)聯(lián)軸器帶動(dòng)高精度滾珠絲桿副來實(shí)現(xiàn)，進(jìn)給和補(bǔ)償為同一傳動(dòng)鏈，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，精度高; 工件主軸采用箱體主軸結(jié)構(gòu)，主軸軸承采用日本光洋高精度成對(duì)軸承，回轉(zhuǎn)精度高，穩(wěn)定性好，主軸回轉(zhuǎn)采用變頻調(diào)速; 機(jī)床配有防水全封閉罩殼，觀察窗保證長(zhǎng)期觀察清晰，耐油污并保證砂輪破碎后不飛濺傷人; 機(jī)床采用后置電器箱和前置回轉(zhuǎn)式操作臺(tái)以及獨(dú)立的循環(huán)啟動(dòng)按鈕。電箱帶熱交換器，以及確保在高溫期間正常運(yùn)行: 機(jī)床可據(jù)加工零件設(shè)計(jì)制作專用夾具: 機(jī)床采用西門子808D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，用戶如有特殊要求可選用其他控制系統(tǒng); ?
